Hanna Checker Phosphorus vs phosphate

Does anyone know if these two ULR checkers test different parameters? If so, what is the difference?

I have the Phosphorous checker but was using Phosphate reagent. Should it make a difference?

If you had to choose, which would you use?

They test the same thing. The phosphorous test kit is just a marketing ploy.

Yes, you need to use the phosphorous regeant for the phosphorous test kit.

Go with phosphorous, it's more accurate for the same price.
