FWIW, if you line up several cuvettes, the line is different on each one. Never trust the line as being 10ml. Use a automatic pipette for the best accuracy.

There's no difference.

It simply stops people being confused by the air bubble in the syringe, as happens with a lot of test kits.

The whole syringe is a giant air bubble

No problem! If not refrigerated the reagent tends to test differently after a bit. Not sure on exact timeline but within a month.

Good to know! I might as well do it, as I have a fridge two feet from my testing station.
