Hanna Checker Vial Lid sizes

Hi,

Does anybody have to hand the exact sizes of the lids used on the Hanna Pocket Checker Vials?

As I am looking to get something 3D printed, but cannot find the sizes for the lids online anywhere.

Would cost a pretty penny to get them shipped to the UK.
Over here a pack of 4 lids is £40 which is very expensive :/
