I’m so excited that I won a high range nitrate tester!! I love your testers and I was really hoping to get this one.
I couldn’t believe it when I saw my name.
please tell me how and when it will be sent or how I go about getting it.

Unfortunately Hanna appears to have stopped replying to emails and I haven’t seen them post here for a while. This is a bit strange as they used to be great at customer service.

I think you’ll have better luck with going through R2R, than getting any response from Hanna, and I hope that you get your prize.
