Its a resolution error.

Read through this thread as I got some replies from the OG's regarding my issue with the HR reader reading unmedicated tank water.

I’m dosing tropic Marin trace elements and k+ has copper do I stop dosing it?

The Hanna is unsuitable for measuring copper in a normal reef tank (IMO). It is fine for measuring therapeutic levels when medicating a fish, but not verifying low levels for reef suitability.

Some folks have "observed" copper at levels similar to yours, but see none by ICP.

As far as my trace elements having copper do I. Need to worry?

You have no useful evidence of elevated copper, and the amount in good commercial additives is too low to ever be a problem on their own. Thus, the answer is: there is no reason to be concerned.

I "accidently" measured my display tanks water and not my quarantines, and surprisingly I got a .35ppm using hanna checker. is that high for reef tank? observing my tank i see no problems in corals, shrimps, snails...

As noted above, that is almost certainly not accurate. I’d totally ignore it.
