Can you verify that I have the current reagent? It gave me results high again vs salifert. One of my tanks that’s not doing good was tested 1400 by Hanna and salifert at around 1200.

on my other tank Hanna was 1555 and salifert tested at around 1320.

I sent the “defected” unit back and got new reagents and it was testing “normal” to me few months but. However, I have ordered some new reagents as I ran out or hopefully I didn’t mistakenly grabbed the bad reagents so if there’s anyway you can verify it, be great.

I'm honestly not sure if I have the (new) reagent or got one of the older bottles. Hanna really screwed the pooch on this one...

You can contact them through PM here. Although after initial contact they ignored me too. Consider yourself lucky if you got your initial defective unit replaced. I pre ordered mine and they still haven't sent me the "working" one. I've since sold all of my checkers as they don't seem to stand behind their products. As witness to all the threads here none of them seem to be reliable but people keep buying them.
