I don’t normally test for nitrite, but I figured I’d do a full parameter test today. I tested ulr nitrite twice, and got a 2ppb and 3 ppb. Corals and fish are fine, is this something to worry about?

I think that's neat to know for a cycled tank. if it helps to compare, lasse has tracked turnover rates for nitrite in the .0x hundredths ppm average on his systems using hanna not sure if the same meter.

nitrite no matter its reading isnt factored any longer in display tank reefing/cycling etc/it's a foregone parameter based on Randy's article from 06 and subsequent posts on the matter

but if you have a digital reading I think it's neat to start developing a known range that stocked tanks run at, we need several more data plots from other reefs then we'll know it like we do nh3 plotting and likelihood
