Hanna packets toxicity?

i know i am going to be roasted for this, but im a very anxious person, tonight i forgot to wear my face mask while testing my nitrate with hanna, opened the packet, didn’t see the powdery stuff in the air, and i felt them in my nose. How toxic are this stuff? Washed my face with warm water, and sanitized everything but im really anxious. If somebody can give me some suggestions to calm down. I will be highly appreciated it

ice packs on my daughters chest always helped her panic attacks. As far as the Hanna, I open both phosphate and nitrate all the time with no mask, no issues.
