Ahhhh the Hanna packets are so inconvenient to me. It would be great if you could buy the reagent in a tube like salifert or something similar. It’s hard to get all of the reagent out of the packet and carefully opening them is a pain.

For how awesome Hanna checkers can be I always go back to salifert cuz it’s just faster for me.

I do it this same way! Other than phos ulr I use salifert for everything. Hana alk, calc, and nitrate have been kicked to the stash boxes.
I just like the digital readout myself. I got tired of comparing colors.

Yeah I know I own one. Reagent is too pricey compared to how many tests you get out of salifert. The alk is fast and accurate but the juice isn’t worth the squeeze imo.
Ok it was on your list. For me the Alkalinity tester is one of the easiest ones.

FWIW, in most cases of packet reagents, getting every bit of it is not very important. There is generally excess reagent in most types of chemical tests.
