Tested the tank yesterday and had a read out of .05… the other day I tested it was .03. Today I go to test it read out .77… assuming a bad test but just want to be sure. Will be testing again shortly

Yeah, I get a variation sometimes too, but not that much. Probably a false reading. I usually do two tests in a row and average them. The accuracy of the checker is +/- .02ppm.
Did you really, really, really wipe the vials clean? A drop or anything on the vials will mess up the light thingy and the color will read more than you actually have.
