I just bought the Hanna Phosphorus test kit. I had the regular phosphate checker from them but it’s old and started acting funny. So I got this new one. The guy at the store said the reagents for the regular phosphate checker would be the same as this one. Which was good because I have a full box of the reagents from my old tester. I noticed the reagents that came with the new one had a different number code on it. So are they really the same?

I had made a mistake before by putting the po4 reagent in the ulr and got the same results when I retested with the correct reagent contacted Hanna by way of thread it’s on here somewhere they told me that the two reagent was different the info on the pack say that they are the same but @hanna say different.
Through my experience I believe it’s the same thing.

Sounds confusing.. [emoji23]

Should be the same, the tester does the math differently is all. I had both at one point and I remember opening them up new, and the reagants had the same numbers (reagant code) on them.
