I tested three times in a row and got .07, .04 and .01. Which is it? Anyone else have issues with these things?

Yeah it's plus or minus .04ppm. Still more accurate than the color changing kits

Never had an issue with mine until recently. I had to change the battery and then weird things started happening. I've had mine give me the inverted error message, twice now. My readings have also been very sporadic as well as increased time between the zeroing and the next step. Still like it better than other kits though.

I just got the reagent and the date says it good till next year sometime. I still like it better than the color change kits too but whats the point of a low range PO4 test if it jumps around that much? It might as well just be telling me 1. Are any of the other meters on the market any better than this? Could the reagent be a bad batch? Id hate to order more and end up with the same results.

May be adding very small different amounts of reactant.

That could be possible but you just add one pouch. Id have to spilling some for that to happen unless the pouches arent all the same.

I agree! I attempt to get all of the reagent out of the pack without spilling it. May be missing a few particles here or there but not enough that it should throw off the result that much, IMO. My reagent is within its date as well.
