hello all
Today for my po4 test I wanted to test all my tanks so used my HR to save reagent and ran into orange tinted powder. The expiration is not till 2022 so what wha you guys do. But an new box and call it a day or try for a reimbursed box since this is defective? I’m not willing to open more up to see a common theme, but so far it’s one in the group. The test was 0.0 so tested on the LR and was correct for it’s range.

Has anyone had this happen. Spend 5 mins searching to no avail for this color tint on HR po4. The iron reagent is orange tinted although.

Thank you mucho

Yeh that doesnot look like what am used to..
I would email them and ask..

I would definitely return it! Sounds like it may have been a different reagent packaged with the PO4 packaging.

Like they packaged it then labeled the bag wrong? I can see that. The iron reagent is orange so could be and there all lose vs stuck together on a roll like my Po4 LR.. interesting. Thanks all
