Hanna salinity tester not working right.

My tester keeps reading 00.0 when stuck in my tank. That’s not physically possible because everything would be dead lol. When I try to calibrate it the screen says .35 use thank the screen switches to error. Any advice would be appreciated. I’ve had it for a year to the warranty is up.

Did you try and taking the battery out and let the device reset?

If you are measuring in the tank try taking a sample out into a container first.
