I just wanted to put out an appreciation post for @Hanna Instruments. I had an issue with reagents for the high range nitrate checker. I provided some information to tech support and received a message back within a single business day. They were extremely responsive and fixed the problem without delay. That's very rare these days and just wanted to give credit where it's due!
