Hanna ULR - L.Lo fault

Tried using my checker last night and kept getting this fault. Tried a new battery, a few different cuvettes, even no cuvette, same thing. I can see the light is on inside, maybe the pickup sensor is not working. Some Googling shows I am not the first to have this problem but it doesn't seem crazy common either.

I ordered a new meter already but just wondering if there is anything else I should try, if someone has corrected this problem somehow. The meter is about three years old.

I had this issue, i contacted Hanna, to fix it its 85.00 per hour. to buy a new one 49.00 or whatever. i bought a new one.

Thanks, that is what I figured. Kind of annoying but I guess three years for $60 isn't terrible.

I agree.. 3 years is a good time though. mine was just outside of 18 months.
