I am wanting a digital tester and found this. Any thoughts, suggestions or comments? Anything better in the same price range? $400

In my opinion you would probably be better off buying separate test kits. That Hanna tester can only test one thing at a time anyway, so I don’t really see it saving any time or expense compared to any other manual test kit. Although the Hanna checkers are reliable for Alkalinity, Phosphate and Nitrates I think most people feel they are not as reliable for testing calcium and magnesium as some other brands are, so you may regret putting all of your eggs in one basket, too. Also, after cycling your tank you really won’t ever use the Nitrite or Ammonia tests, so that’s just sort of a waste.
