Do you have any other test kit to see if your tank is that high?

It’s likely that your nitrates are over 75ppm. But just to make sure, you’re filling the vial to the line, putting it in the checker and pressing the button, after which it says ‘C2’, you then add the contents of one of the packets to the sample and shake for 2 minutes, then put it back in the checker and hold down the button until it starts a 7 minute timer, after which it will give you the reading. You also need to make sure the vial is free from any finger prints or smudges (use a microfiber cloth to clean it before putting it in the checker. If you want to dilute the sample you can, you’ll need some fresh RODI saltwater, you’ll use 5ml of tank water and 5ml of fresh saltwater and then multiple the end result by 2.
