They are replacing all the originally sold one first I assume. I already got my replacement and it works great, right in line with my aqua forest titration test! Just be patient and they will eventually get caught back up to start supplying retail shops. If you have the old tester and can get the new reagent packs you can use the old tester just set a 3 minute time once you mix the powder in.

Man, i got an email about a month ago saying that they were ginna send me a replacement kit but i havent recived anything yet now any other emails

Hopefully Hanna will get caught up with their replacement units. They seem to be trying to correct this misstep. I would give them some time to catch up.

I got one of these testers with a tank breakdown. How do I know if it needs to be replaced?

The original had two liquid reagents the replacement has a liquid and a powder reagent

So I sent the email to them weeks ago and haven’t heard back. Is that normal or do I need to start pestering them a bit? Do they have any representatives on here?
