Hannah phosphate ULR results.

I’m a little confused but would rather hear what other reefers use to measure phosphates. I recently got a Hannah phosphate ULR checker and my results were 0.30 which is extremely high as 0.05 is the ideal range. Is there some sort of conversion that needs to take place or is that my actual reading?

my other levels are
Alk 9
Mag 1500
Calc 475
Nitrates 5.3
