Hope you all have a happy and safe 4th of July. Even now as I type, there are two chickens and a Boston butt quietly smoking on the grill. The kids and grandkids will be about 4 pm.

Yep, that's supper tonight. A chicken leg quarter and wing and about a third of the pork roast.
