I count up to 4 heads off this little guy, safe to assume this is a "happy" hammer??

For now, yes. Based on the background though your tank looks fairly new so over the long haul it may not continue to be happy. I've also had similar "heads" grow on my hammers and frogspawn, but none have ever developed into full fledged heads. The only way that has happened is through the existing heads splitting and developing separate heads.

I see two new heads emerging and overall good. Avoid too much light and flow and feed them mysis shrimp opposed to powdered foods such as reef roids.

Yes, newish tank but it's doing well so far. Going slow looking at positive steps. The other hammer in the tank did split heads which I was psyched to see.
