Happy to be here!

Then our Emerald crab was terrorizing our gsp so.... I glued it where they couldn't get it.

The rest are what the tank looks like right now and some frags that went recently bought from WWC and another site I can't remember at this time.

Are the horizontal boards supporting you tank edges correctly?

Um..... When building a house you can have a overhang that, I believe, could be max 24" over. So I went 1.25" inside so that I could put the trim on. There is a 3/4" sheet of plywood on top of the stand that the tank it resting on.

Did I do something wrong???

This isn't a house. A 210-gallon aquarium, when filled with water, gravel and accessories, weighs over 2,400 pounds. Would I have my supports on the edges of my aquarium...yes. I wouldn't have it hanging away from the support edges for only a 3/4" plywood to support that weight. Just my opinion

I know what you mean. That is why I didn't want to go more than that (1.25"). Maybe I should have doubled the 3/4". I'm already itching to build another one for space underneath. I may have to do it now lol.

Thanks for bringing up that question.

Welcome

lots of progress, and like the colors. Great idea getting everyone involved. Never too early to get everyone interested in the hobby for family time
