Hard coral bugs/bacteria?

Three of three of my hand corals have either a bug or bacteria problem. These corals are all favit/ faveria. Either one, what can I use to treat theses corals? Can't remove as they have spread on to the rock work. The out edges are white the inner parts are pink and that leaves what left of the coral. Can anyone shine a light on his please.
