So ive got all my parts sans the 2nd AM manifold i have to exchange for broken parts(this common for any of you?)

Ill be hard plumbing the return pump while upgrading to a cor 15.

Can see in photos a layout idea but im concerned for the time it will take to really apply theory ro use when i will be disabling an active tanks life support with zero plumbing experience.

I anticipate needing to cut out the stock ato to make room i have rhe neptune ATK and probe holder.

I ordered the compression probe holder for rhe salinity probe

In the reefer xl250 i dont have a ton of cabinet space so am trying to figure out the best way tobplumb the return toba FMK direct to thebreturn line and have space for the manifold and uv sterilizer coming in a month or two.

Mostly just curious on pipe routing for ease of cleaning as well as info on how long i can remove the sump do i need to drain the weir to swap out the return pump bulkhead fitting?

I attached a 2d idea for routing the plumbing....

No idea about the first half of your post, but for the last half, yes, you will need to drain the water in the overflow/behind the weir to dismantle the bulkheads/pipes. Just place your heater and a powerhead in your display and you can work on the sump and plumbing at your leisure.
