I am currently having problem stabilizing my PH even know I run an Avast Kalk reactor! I have set up where it's connected to a Float switch that's connected to my Apex Breakout box. Ones the water level evaporates in my sump the float will kick's on and sends fresh rodi water through the Kalk reactor into my sump, which will stay on until my water level rises in the sump to kick off the float switch.
I just can't find that sweet spot sort of speak. Below, is my Apex PH graph CHART for the last 24 hrs, so you can see it coming down towards the middle of the night early morning. And raising back to the 8.0 range around lunch time. I run a refuge and a refuge light and run them on opposite times as my mains - 2 AI Hydras HD leds. I dose only Calcium and Magnesium and sometimes some and a little bit of Alk if need to be since o of the Kalk reactor it keeps my Alk right around the 8.2 to 8.9dKH range.
Current parameters
Alk: 8.4dKH
Cal: 463ppm
Mag: 1400
If you have a Kalk reactor or anything else to stabilize your PH, please feel free let me know your thoughts and opinions??
