Hard White Balls on Glass and Rock

I have these small hard white balls that are all over my glass and rocks, any ideas on what they could be?

Looks like spirobid worms to me. According to research I have done in the past they are harmless filter feeders.

They can be an annoyance when they grow on pumps or power heads, but regular maintenance solves that. Other than that they are harmless.

You're welcome! I have them in my coral quarantine tank and I panicked when I first saw them a few months ago but was relieved to learn they are harmless.
