Harlequin Bass

As it grows, is possible that your Harlequin Bass will eat some fishes smaller that him like the cromis, but in your case, it will not eat your chromis because is too small to eat them

Just how big do they get? Some places say up to 4 inches, others say up to 11.5 inches. Can anyone give a definitive answer?
LiveAquaria, one of the most prestiged online shop, says that can become 11½ ", so it will probably be 11½", knowing they are one of the most well known and famoust online shops.

Fishbase has them listed as potentially reaching 29cm (essentially it's a record of the largest one ever found) but you can expect them to stay much smaller. A good average is around 4".

Lots of fish get bigger in the wild and normal advice is fish reach about 80% of the wild size in a tank. You can see some bizarre sized fish if you do a little digger with a powder blue tang, which probably averages about 8" in a tank, found in the wild at 54cm
