Opportunity! It is unusual for a Harley to eat debrits as they mainly feed on starfish but a meal is a meal
I can guarantee you that the harlequin was not eating the cleaner shrimp.

That's an awfully big conclusion to jump to. Just think about that for a second. Shrimp and other crustations are well known to use their claws to move objects for a number of reasons. A pistol shrimp holding a piece of sand in its claw does not indicate in any way that it intends to eat that piece of sand.
