Is it a hard structure (I assume)?
Do you ever see any soft body parts projecting from the cavities?
Also, some info about where it came from and how long it has been there would be useful (maybe).

*kinda looks like dead vermetids or maybe barnacles like previously mentioned, but can't really tell anything from the pictures

Yes it is hard structure. Certainly is something dead, question is if is still harmful and i have to remove it manually, that euphyllia is having more heads now, only one that look unhappy is that one with that stuff.

This is not the first time i found something like that, i got a sixline wrasse so im guessing what’s happening

I'd say very unlikely to be harmful in any way. If it's dead, it's just part of your aquascape now,,, and maybe a little pod hotel.
