Harmless Ty be worm?

Have one of these on a power head (pictured) and a few on my rocks. Don’t seem to bother anything. Anyone know what they are and if I should be concerned or do anything about it?

Never heard of pineapple sponges but, since you mentioned it, looked them up and I think you’re right. Makes sense, especially as I’ve been dealing with nutrient levels as evidenced by my battle with GHA. But fish, anemones, and soft corals are all happy. We’re getting there…
