Just wanted to say I have had the best experience I’ve ever had with a vendor wether it be a local LFS or order. I heard about these guys on Instagram of all places and decided to finally order this week on Wednesday 2-24. I found a medium purple tang for 180$, a beautiful 4 inch Acanthrophylia for $125!, and a few trochus snails for 3$ a pop. All together my order was $314 which qualified me for free shipping. I went to select my shipping date and saw it was going to be March 5th as the earliest I would receive it. Well I thought, I’m off work this week and I was hoping to get anything delivered when I knew I’d be home but what ever it’s not that long. I had one more question for the store and decided to call, then to wait for a email response (found out they are quick on those too!) I spoke to Will at the store he answered my question quickly and asked if there was anything else I needed. I decided what the heck, I’m going to ask if there is any way he could squeeze a order in for Friday of this week delivery 2-26. He instantly told me they were slammed but then he said “ you know what man, let’s do it! Place your order then call me right back so I can get the shipping label printed and verified.” So I did and the order went through perfectly!
Fast forward to today, I received my order via UPS no problems. I received the most beautiful 3 1/2 inch Purple tang, the thing is a PIG! He was alert, even thumping the bag a little during acclimation. When I placed him in QT he instantly went to work on the nori I placed in the tank and took pellet and frozen within a hour of being in the tank. Just ask if you want a pic of this thing I’ll gladly post up! The Acantho was healthy and beautiful it pooped after acclimation in the tank but also ate this evening as well they packaged him well as there were no signs of damage or tissue recession. It was actually open in the bag. Snails were perfect and larger than I expected. All in all if you made it to the bottom of this novel I just wrote, they are worth your time and money. I felt like they truly cared about their product and even the shipping proved that as it was all neat, perfect temp, and secure. Please give these guys a chance I bet you won’t be disappointed!
