I've ordered from Harry's on a couple occasions. Both had fish arrive dead. The first, they made the situation right and all was well. The second, pretty much the whole order arrived dead, and to be fair that was due to a delay from UPS in delivering. However, Harry's responded only long enough to promise me the situation would be rectified if I submitted all information to UPS to kick off a claim. I submitted the claim as requested, but when I followed up with them weeks later UPS informed me that the seller has to handle claims. They also said they have not been in contact with Harry's over the course of the couple weeks in which the claim was posted. Through that same time Harry's failed to answer even one of many call attempts, and my Facebook messages have been completely ignored.

I hope this is a holiday personnel issue and not a bad turn for the way they operate the business, but I feel potential customers should be aware of my struggles working with them.

I have now submitted my case through PayPal to try to get traction. My decision on whether or not I do business with Harry's again depends on whether or not they right this. I will update this review based on the outcome from here.

Unfortunately, Facebook reviews and comments show signs of this being a reoccurring trend. So, buyer beware!
