Harvesting snail eggs? ...is it possible?

I have had snails in the past lay eggs in my tank and they never grow into snails because the fish love to snack on them. my question is...has anyone ever successfully moved snail eggs into a safe location so tH

ey have a chance to grow?

Better chance of hatching if you put some snails in the fuge and let them breed down there.
