Had a bad experience with a shipment. but before I start venting out I would like to hear some of your opinions.

I've ordered twice and my next is on the way. Once half my nassarus snails came dead 10/20 besides that nothing but good things.

I would suggest you go look through the vendor feedback section. There are a ton of reviews for them in there

I bought some stuff from them and came in dead. And they are saying that the stuff is shipped with minimal water. By minimal i mean like 6 table spoons of water on two and like 1/4 of cup in other.

Took advantage of their 5 packs Shrooms free shipping for $29.99 and also bought a Tiger conch. Arrived about a week after when I originally placed my order. From the 5 packs I only got 3 and took about two months to get my $11.00 credit this is on top of my weekly emails. Shrooms and Conch are still alive. But, now I don't know where I can spend this $11.00 maybe on some Macroalgae.
