Has anyone ever seen these worms before?

I'm a bit concerned that they are a type of internal parasite. All fish seem to be fine except for a citron goby that has always been skinny..

 
Having a hard time making them out. Are they on the glass or free swimming? If on the glass, possibly a Dorvilleidae or Syllid as mentioned above. Free swimming, possibly an epitoke although they appear to be moving pretty slow for that to be the case. Is the wrasse eating them?
 
The wrasse and other fish are eating them, I noticed this during a water change. Free floating.
