Has anyone seen this before on redsea tanks?

Hello reefers, ive just have seen these spots of my front panel of a redsea reefer350, i tried cleaning and scrubbing the in and the outside and it dont come off, it looks like its within the glass.
have anyone seen this or have any advise what to do?

Tank has been up since dec, and only has three fish and no corals yet.

I have not seen anything like that on my 350. I would reach out to red sea and see what they have to say about it.

no direct sun light.

That is just... bizarre. I'm guessing this is something that just showed up recently or was it always there and you didn't notice? Have you tried any kind of scraper with a stainless blade on the inside?

I notice it on my recent water change, thought it my be a water mark from the outside, then maybe some build up on the inside and nothing, It looks like its with in the glass,Yes, i tried with a glass sponge, a flipper magnet that i use often, then a blade and nothing the inside and outside is super clean

hey reefers, redsea says its a defect and will be replacing the aquarium, outstanding customer service is all i got to say, thanks for yall replies

I’ll file this one away as I’m deciding between Red Sea and Waterbox. You can’t prevent all defects, but you can handle them with grace.

Maybe they're using Chicom glass these days . That's great they're replacing it.

Red Sea has honestly been doing a great job with customer service the past year.

yes it is, because when uv or light is hitting from the top they show up..
