Has anyone seen this before?

Hi i’ve introduced my powder blue maybe few weeks ago now, eating very well after a few days but noticed today a white patch on its top yellow fin. Doesn’t look like white spot because it’s more of a patch rather than the ‘salt’ effect. Anyone know what this is? Looks asif it’s a patch with the middle of it washed out and seethru.

I’m thinking it could be a salt burn? I’ve had my salt at 1.030 for a maybe a few days. dropped it to 1.025 yesterday.
