Has anyone tried this leak detector/water level sensor yet?

Hi,
just found this water level sensor and I am wondering if anyone has any experience with it.
It looks like I can just plug it into an Apex (or similar) break-out box and voila... leak detection. right?

I use the Watchdog Water Leak Detection Alarm. It’s independent, runs forever on a 9 volt battery. Chirps when battery is low. One of the most likely time you going to get a leak or overflow, is when power is lost.

I was actually thinking of using it to replace a float switch with something a little more solid-state for my roller fleece.
