Has anyone treated for ick using this product? I think it's relatively new and I'm struggling to find any reviews about it. Thanks.

The only known cures for marine ich (cryptocarrian irritans) are:
  • Hyposalinity (may not work against all strains)
  • Copper (see here)
  • Chloroquine phosphate (see here)
  • Tank transfer method (see here)
In addition, if you have a tank with ich and no new fish are added, the ich may eventually die out over a couple of years, but I would classify this as 'living with ich' rather than curing it.

The other treatments on the market help to provide symptomatic relief and may lessen the parasite load on the fish but will not cure the disease.

If you have ich in your display tank, you need to assume that all fish are infected, whether symptomatic or not. The only way to ensure that the ich is cleared from the tank is to leave it fallow for a period of time. 72 days is the general recommendation.

Yeah my tank has been fallow for 55 days now.

I ran hypo on all the fish (35 days), have gradually raised the salinity to 1.025 in the QT, observed for two more weeks with no symptoms

I was simply trying to take some extra precaution since I have 20 more days until they go back into the DT. I think I'll do TTM instead then.
