Has anyone used reef cleaners

I ordered twice. I would not order again without paying extra for overnight shipping. My last order (2 day shipping) arrived on time but almost everything was dead. Packaged/insulated poorly.

I’d definitely try to get snails you know are alive at your LFS.

yep, next day shipping is the only way to go. its pretty much a gamble if you get into the 2 day shipping. anything ive ordered next day shipping has always been good. except if you ordering from algae barn and you are ordering nano brine. ive had 3 different orders with nano brine and have doa on every order.

I did one day and they were still all dead.

I'll never pay a premium for overnight shipping of snails when free is the alternative. I've also never had more than a handful of DOA's from John on any order until my last order a few weeks ago that did 2 rounds at the regional distribution center in FL and took 2 extra days to arrive.
