Has anyone used this ATO container

I like the way it looks and the ease of filling? It's going in the 12 inch space between my tank and the wall. I'm just not sure if the lower chamber is sealed when the refilling drawer is closed. Will this keep dust out?

Looks like the drawer will cover the ato res. not sure how sealed it is as it does have an opening in the back for cords/hoses.
