Has anyone used this product?

Saw this on a Facebook add and it seems worth it but I haven't found any reviews. Any one have any experience with this vacuum? I want it for cleaning the detritus in my sump mostly.

nevermind I found a similar product that is less expensive through Chewy and will just get that on my next order. It had a lot of good reviews. Thanks anyway.

Does it have to be fully submerged in the water for it to work? I want it to clean the bottom of the sump and the water in there isn't high enough to put the whole device under water.
