Has my tank turned the corner

After struggling with nitrates above 40ppm for a while yesterday it tested at 28ppm. Today at 30.
Hopefully I can now keep nitrates where I want.

I assume this is post-cycle? How are your phosphates?

Cycled long ago.
Po4 was zero. Been dosing phosphorus last week and nopox.
First time I've seen a drop without doing a wc.
Maybe the new bioscape grow light has had a big effect on NO3 take-up in the fuge?
Hopefully I can stop dosing nopox
