Has this watchmen goby got lympho?

I got this watchmen goby not even 1 day ago and he hasn’t eaten yet but I noticed this morning he has this sort of lumpy looking thing on his mouth, is this lympho and is there anything I can do?

Looks like a bump or injury but to truly assess, need a better pic of fish

There is no way to tell without a better picture. I would say 'no'. But - to get a clear answer - it would make sense to answer the questions at the top of the - fish-disease forum. As @vetteguy53081 said - it LOOKS like an injury - but there is no way to know based on what you posted.
