Has your avast Ato every failed??

In process of ordering a new Ato but did not want the big backup float
How many only have the pressure switch and has never failed?

I have had mine for a couple of years and it has never failed me.

I've had mine since November with no failures, weirdness or really any maintenance. It stays clean and just works...

Instead of their backup float valve, I use an Apex to limit how much fresh water it can pump in a day by only enabling the ATO for 12 minutes an hour. For my tank and ATO pump that is slightly more than enough time to keep up with evaporation and a margin of safety should the sensor fail.

I've had mine over a year and never had any issues. Great little unit. I'm actually ordering another one for my frag system.
