Haulin' jugs, or make your own?

For all the small reef people out there, I post this question. Knowing your LFS mixes saltwater at 1.021 and not knowing how often they replace RODI filters would you rather build a water station or keep lugging jugs around for your small water changes?

Make your own rodi and saltwater.

While the amount of water for each water change may not be a lot, my sense is that the water quality and parameters are very important since the total tank volume is small. So mistakes or issues may have more impact compared to a tank with a much larger amount of water.
