Have a new tribal blenny, weird behavior or sick?

I've had this tribal blenny for a week, and I have noticed that he has a white block on his whole black body. I have seen him nip at his tail and rub/flash against the rock. He seems to not be getting along with a yellow eye kole I have(not crazy bad) but I have notice a bit of aggression. My tank is currently running on Prazipro & ick shield since we had a fish die, but think it might have been flukes. Not sure. What do y'all think? Water parameters are normal. My tank is now about 5 months.

Prazipro will definitely get rid of flukes. I just hope it is not velvet. People that truly know the diseases or parasite will want to see pics. Get some up if you can asap so you do not have to wait longer for an answer, because if it is velvet. That is a time sensitive matter. Maybe 2-3 days tops for your tank inhabitants.

I am trying too upload a short vid of his behavior, but I must not be doing it right. I am going to try and add one of my tang that we think had flukes. When we did a fresh water bath, there was some white dots that fell off and he was left with spots.

Yeah the little pieces that look like rice when they fall off from a fresh water dip is most likely flukes. Tangs and angels are notorious for that and velvet. Like a 50/50 chance which is horrible!

To me it looked like it was just a pattern on the fish. Found these two pics online that seem to be somewhat similar.

I see flukes on the Tomini. Is the blenny looking better/clearer since dosing Prazipro?

He didn't have that spot before, he was completely black. After about a week in my tank, he's developed this white blotch that is on both sides. Out doesn't look like either ick or flukes, but the thrashing against the rocks is what worries me.

Unfortunately, he didn't make it. I gave him a freshwater dip, and didn't see any improvement ir flukes falling off. I don't this that is what he had. But I would still like to know what it was. Here are a few more pics, before and after he passed. He was beautiful.

Velvet, brook? Once all fish are gone let your tank stand fish less for 3 months, do 25% water changes with salt /RO mix. (dont use see water) The parasites needs a host but without fish after a couple months they die..my pencil surgeon looked exactly the same not long after that all my fish died. it was the see water that carried the parasites. im 2 weeks away from getting new fish im hoping that all ugly parasites have now depleted themselves.

Sorry to hear. Those first 2 newer pics show the issue a lot more from the original first 2 pics. The picture of it in the net. There looks like a good inch of red.

To me it looks like the tang is having HLLE. (The blotches following the lateral line).
The blenny looks like it has had problems with the slime coating and then an infection. (The slime glands sits near the mouth so thats why the infection starts near the tail)
The chromis looks like having an internal infection leading to the wound.
I believe all this have a lot to do with the water quality. Maybe metal poisoning.
Do You use omosis?

Sorry for your loss. Any other symptoms? Swimming in to a powerhead, hiding more, flashing, scratching, twitching?

The discoloration has me wondering but several aialments can cause that.

The chromis almost looks like uronema :/ I hope not, I hear it's tough to get it out of your display once it's there...

No, we use ro water. All parameters are good. I've had my water tested by our local fish store and I have a kit here. The older fish I have are all good, 72 gal tank w/ sump. I have two clowns, two anthias, one yellow tang, one yellow eye kole, one chromis, and a lawnmower blenny. All are doing well. I think the blenny looked a bit red because it was right under the light.

I'm thinking it had a fast acting Gram Negative bacterial infection. They can kill quickly and the black color of his body made it difficult to see well. I saw the first picture and thought as others did, that it was just his coloring, but possibly it was a sign of infection.

After, I didn't see that when he was alive, it looked swollen but not red. When I fished him out and gave it a last ditch effort to save him (cuz before I couldn't catch him) I gave him a freshwater bath. But no luck.
