Alright so it's been about 2 weeks since my grand extinction and my anemone as been in a ever tightening button ever since tho some times it comes out a little for light. I know it's norm for retraction somtimes but it's been way long than acceptable. My tank parameters are good aside from salinity and ammonia, witch are a little higher than I'd like.

The picks of it in the rock's are after I had gotten it, the tiny 2bit button is now. Help

Eeesh. Are you doing prime and stability or something for the ammonia? The salinity shouldn't be to hard to get back down,
And yes, yes you did give it the runs. sorry.

Ive had animals bounce back from accidents and sometimes they did well some were never the same.

You will want to fix that ammonia.

When QT'ing my new anemones, if ammonia goes up due to dead stuff that came along with it, my anemones buckle up pretty quickly. With slight salinity swings, my anemones don't seem bothered by it. Ammonia, however, is a different story.

Go buy a bottle of bacteria and dump it in your tank. This will remove most of the ammonia and restore your beneficial bacteria to levels to handle inc. ammonia.

How high is a "little high" ?

How are you measuring your salinity?
