Have rainbow chalices lost their luster?

I recently purchased this Jelly Bean Rainbow Chalice and two other rainbow chalices. So the craze is not over for me, it has just started. I do know that the price of these chalices is through the roof which seems to indicate that the demand is strong.

Seems they aren’t as in demand and prices have dropped a bit, reason mine can just grow til people become woke. Great for bare bottom tanks!

I say the demand has dropped but they sure are still awesome!! No the demand will go back up! Haha!

I think demand is still there. I think a huge part too is the cost and growth rate. I mean who wouldn’t want a multicolor coral in their tank but it only grows 1/4 inch a year at $300 plus for a small frag.

I don't know that they've lost their allure, just that their slow growth speed and high cost has made them a low volume commodity. Kind of like exotic cars. I love chalices but not enough to drop 300 on a one inch frag.
